We are great for almost every surface - counters, tiles, glass, stainless steel, stone, and more.
If there is a delicate, or precious surface you are concerned about, we recommend doing a spot test first by spraying onto a cloth and wiping a small, hidden area just to be safe.
Yes! Our cleaners can be used in homes with pets when used as directed.
We use a small amount of essential oils purely for scent, which is then highly diluted before use. The product is used on surfaces and then wiped, not sprayed directly onto pets.
Essential oils can be harmful to pets if they’re used in high concentrations, applied directly to the skin, or ingested. That’s very different from our diluted surface cleaner that’s wiped off and allowed to dry.
To be extra cautious, we recommend:
Avoid spraying near your pet’s face or body.
Let surfaces dry before allowing pets to walk or lie on them.
Provide ventilation and allow pets to leave the room if they want to while you’re cleaning (particularly for pets more sensitive for airborne substances, such as birds).
If your pet has a known respiratory condition, skin sensitivity, or is under veterinary care, it’s always a good idea to check with your vet about any new cleaning products in the home.
Being a subscription allows us to offer our starter kit at the special $35 price (it’s normally valued at $70). We use premium ingredients, high-quality manufacturing, and small-batch production. The subscription model allows us to keep the price low for your first kit and make the refills more convenient for you.
Most customers who try our product love it and naturally need a top-up every few months, which is why we set the default frequency to 90 days. That said, everyone uses it differently, so you can fully customise your delivery schedule in your customer portal, or even pause, skip, delay, or cancel at anytime. No jumping through hoops to get it cancelled :)
We’re absolutely not here to make unsubscribing difficult or catch anyone off guard. That’s why we always send a reminder email 3 days before any upcoming order, giving you complete control.
Our goal is to make it simple, flexible, and great value, not to lock you into anything you don’t want. We are always here to help if you have any other questions! 🌿
Managing your subscription is quick and flexible. Orders renew every 90 days by default, but you can shift the next date earlier or later with a couple of clicks. If you ever want to pause or cancel, you can do that in your account here.

Daily Essence Clean is ideal for most household surfaces including countertops, glass, stainless steel, ceramic, porcelain, sealed stone, and laminate. Perfect for kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces. We recommend spot testing first on delicate materials like unsealed wood, natural stone, or specialty finishes.
One 20 ml concentrate fills a 300 ml bottle and typically lasts two to four weeks. Every kit gives you three concentrates—enough for six to twelve weeks of cleaning—though you may grab the bottle even more once you see (and smell) how well it works.
For our Starter Kit offer, we intentionally include a variety of scents. This is so new customers can try them all to see which one you love most.
After your first order, you’ll be able to log into your customer portal and update any future orders so you only receive your favourites. But, if you reeeally want to choose specific scents, you can check out our collections page here!
We pack orders within 24 hours and ship with Australia Post and local couriers. Most customers receive their order in 2 to 4 business days. You'll get a tracking link the moment it leaves our warehouse in Melbourne.
