At Marlow & Peach, we offer cleaning concentrate products through our subscription service. This Cancellation Policy outlines how you can modify or end your subscription.

This policy should be read alongside our Return Policy and Terms of Service.

Managing Your Subscription

When you enroll in a subscription, you will receive regular deliveries based on the frequency you selected during signup.

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through one of two methods:

  • Via your Customer Account Portal on our website, or here

  • By contacting our Customer Care team at support@marlowandpeach.com (Please note that while our Care team is always trying their best to respond to all inquiries within one business day, they are offline on weekends, so responses and updates may take a little longer. If you need to make an urgent change to your order, we recommend doing it directly through our customer portal.)

To ensure changes take effect before your next scheduled delivery, please submit your request at least three (3) business days prior to your renewal date.

Already Processed Orders

If your subscription payment has been processed, that order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
