Yes! Our cleaners can be used in homes with pets when used as directed.
We use a small amount of essential oils purely for scent, which is then highly diluted before use. The product is used on surfaces and then wiped, not sprayed directly onto pets.
Essential oils can be harmful to pets if they’re used in high concentrations, applied directly to the skin, or ingested. That’s very different from our diluted surface cleaner that’s wiped off and allowed to dry.
To be extra cautious, we recommend:
Avoid spraying near your pet’s face or body.
Let surfaces dry before allowing pets to walk or lie on them.
Provide ventilation and allow pets to leave the room if they want to while you’re cleaning (particularly for pets more sensitive for airborne substances, such as birds).
If your pet has a known respiratory condition, skin sensitivity, or is under veterinary care, it’s always a good idea to check with your vet about any new cleaning products in the home.
